1、PI/PDI implementation

● Receive vehicle arrival and pick up information from Sales/Logistic colleagues

● Arrange relevant PI/PDI work to dealer to ensure each and every MAN truck import to China get a professional PI/PDI service

● Onsite support on PI/PDI when > 10 vehicles arrive or pick up in same batch. 

● Monitor dealer’s work quality of PI/PDI. Take improvement measure when needed

● Inform Supervisor/Sales team/AS Director if major damage/corrosion/missing case found during PI

● Ensure all damage/missing found during PI get fixed when vehicle leave vehicle warehouse

● Ensure a good documentation for all PI/PDI related record/form/statistics and keep it available whenever required

● 1st level check on dealer’s application on PI/PDI expense claim. Ensure all data in are correct and compliant, then send to supervisor for approval. 


2、VR58 implementation

● Receive stock vehicle report from Sales team

● Arrange needed regular service (VR58) to dealer following MAN standard

● Ensure MAN VR58 form and standard is strictly used and followed

● Ensure a good documentation for all VR58 related record/form/statistics and keep it available whenever required.

● 1st level check on dealer’s application on VR58 expense claim. Ensure all data in are correct and compliant, then send to supervisor for approval.


3、Local Modification implementation

● Receive vehicle pick up information from Sales/Logistic colleagues

● Arrange needed local modification work to dealer to ensure each and every MAN truck complete needed local modification before leave vehicles warehouse

● Monitor dealer’s work quality of local modification. Take improvement measure when needed

● 1st level check on dealer’s application on local modification expense claim. Ensure all data in are correct and compliant, then send to supervisor for approval.


4、TI/RC implementation for vehicles in vehicle warehouse and future VPC

● Receive RC/Workshop Action notice from RC/TI manager

● Arrange dealer to carry out request RC/Workshop Action for vehicles in vehicles warehouse and future VPC

● Check in ASP for open TI on vehicles in vehicle warehouse and future VPC, arrange dealer to settle founded open TI.

● Ensure there is no open TI/RC for each and every vehicle when they leave vehicle warehouse and future VPC

● 1st level check on dealer’s application on RC/TI expense claim. Ensure all data in are correct and compliant, then send to supervisor for approval.
